I am now training at two gyms, and training twice as hard. Today I trained for almost 5 hours straight, with light 2-5 minute breaks now and then. It feels really good. I’m really tired.

All That Training Makes You Tired

Wow, Im seriously tired. More muay thai training today, mostly sparring, lots of body shots, actually we didn’t train legs today so I guess it was more traditional boxing. The sparring is getting more and more intense, especially among those of us that train as fighters. I took a few good shots, one of which actually made me see stars for a second, not liked I was knocked out but like I coughed really hard. It’s important, at least to me, to know just how far my body can go both in exercise and in punishment.

& I really do enjoy the punishment factor.

When I came home I had an instant message from my trainer, who I clobbered pretty hard in the face today. “We’re going to have hangovers tomorrow”, he says. I can only assume thats a punched in the head hangover, because he doesn’t know I went to a friends house warming party after. Not that I was drinking alcohol. I guess tomorrow we see who has a hangover and who has a black eye.

In fact, the last beer I had was on St. Patricks day with Tally, it was only one beer, and it wasn’t even green. She wasn’t impressed.
