First, I should really thank xMeMNoCHx for giving me a hacked Cisco PCMCIA card. Without it I would have likely destroyed the D-Link card I was planning, and perhaps still planning, to hack myself. My war driving has been very successful, except that kismet refuses to cooperate with my GPS so I still dont have real coordinates for all these access points, yet. I know that my GPS, and gpsd, are working because gpsdrive works wonderfully. Im sure Ill figure it out soon enough and then I can work on importing kismet logs in to Google Earth.
My war driving kit consists of:
Dell Inspiron 8200 running Ubuntu (Hoary)
Cisco TrueMobile 1100 802.11b PCMCIA
Magellan Meridian Platnium

Nintendo just obtained a patent on a Sanity system for video games. I assume that this patent has been in limbo for a while awaiting approval because they’ve had an amazing, yet totally overlooked, game for the Game Cube called Eternal Darkness out for well over 2 years that used such a system. The game was even listed as #6 in the top Game Cube games off all time and is much more adult oriented than the majority of Nintendo’s games. In my opinion its reason enough to buy the system, especially since you can buy the console for under 100 dollars, alone or as a bundle.
Throw your “aggregated diamond nanorods” in the sky if you feel my vibe.
